Junkie Characteristics ? How do you spot fellow junkies ?

I've had that loadsa times , even abroad . It's kinda like a 6th sense .

N for the record i don't look like a stereotypical user at all.;)

I find that when i'm, wearing my Glasses it helps loads , cos they hide the horendous bags i always get under my eyes .
 
I always get told i look ill, are you ok? You look pale, you should get some sun!!!

Granted I don't get much sun. I heard opiates make your face grey? why?

I'm only a daily pill popper/rare chaser but not skinny.
 
I've never had a habit but one giveaway is that stiff-legged pacing walk. Especially when you get two people doing it at once - POW- two people have pulled off some minor hustle or other and are marching down the street to score at 30mph.

You have to wonder what the other boy was thinking about you...."he's defo a junkie but I don't look like one so how does he know and why's he giving me a nod". ;)

Get yourself doing some exercise and eating right will help that.

Going missing for days and not answering the phone is a common one. As I'm constantly reminded I used to always do in my times of addiction.

That's what I was hoping when I moved to Paris - to no g'damn avail. Only homeless people trying to rip me off, because the harm reduction centers usually cater to homeless persons' needs.

If you read shane's blogs , Memoires of a heroinhead , you'll find out about the gear scene in France , it sounds fuckin shit , but his writing is the bollocks have a look.
 
Track marks, resin on teeth, pinned pupils, skinny, sunken in eyes, soot on face, eyes constantly droopy to name just a few
