well I jus remembered the term the other day, my friends n I made it up back in school shortly after Julbo (jill-bo. well dats how we said it) eyewear came out (do they still have that, Julbo [sorta surfy] eyewear? tis not only in WA rite...yeah wouldn't be...)
Anyways guess it means sorta like tosser/dickhead, it was cool coz it sorta sounded offensive/suggestive without being a known and recognised "naughty word" (Barbie: did you mean to type in a naughty word? Please go back and enter your name )
Like if xxx was being an idiot-> "xxx is a Julbowacker" ok yes obvious

He is incredible. And I do think it's original. Pretty much all music is a copy of something else anyway. It's just a different (and more obvious) way of using what's come before to create something new.

Yeah I totally understand that, I'm mainly just fishing for bites. I still don't think it's as personally endearing to me as someone with calloused fingers sitting down and coming up with inventive chord progression or penning lyrics, but I'm not ignorant of the fact that it does take skill to mix everything together into something different. Still the Girl Talk songs I've listened to often sound just choppy and mixed up to me (and not in a psychotic inventive Mr Bungle kind of way - although that's with original composition - those guys are fucking geniuses).

There's another guy who just does stuff from home and releases his shit for free to avoid having to wrangle with copyright laws - and because it's just a hobby for him. But he runs the things he samples through various effects, and takes a bass line from here, a drum beat from there and creates something actually nearly completely new:

It's kind of cool, every now and then you will recognise a guitar riff before it gets totally buried under a plethora of other reworked sounds into something that totally changes the original tone of the piece. At the end of the day though it still just kind of sounds like electronic noise to me!

Fair enough. I will never tire of him. One of the best, most fun performances I've ever seen, too! Bonus!!
