I had juvenile arthritis. It went away in my teen years.

I used to take Nurofen for it. Back in the days when Nurofen was prescription only. No codeine btw, just ibuprofen.

What I'm trying to say is try an anti inflammatory and I'm sure you'll be fine. You'll still be able to compete in your dart competitions I'm sure.

What I'd like to add to yo' post
is that paracetamol does
nuttin' to no-one,
an' that ibuprofen
works fo' mild-muscle pain,
mild-head-aches
&
mild-fever.

APAP is the biggest crock the world

Yeah paracetamol is shit. But Ibuprofen used to work wonders for my arthritis when I was younger.

I stay away from anything with paracetamol in it these days because of my liver anyway.
