Judge Orders Cops To Return Marijuana To Man Pulled Over For Speeding A Year Ago

Great result!
However, year-old cannabis will be old and pretty worthless unless it was kept in a glass jar.

nah, weed never goes bad man. might get a little moldy, but i found a dried out nugget of some really good dank bud that was years old, and even though it was crispy it tasted excellent (not moldy at all) and still had the potency.

in fact, I saved some REALLY GOOD stuff in a jar once, and THAT did get moldy. gotta let it dry out totally.

^ Really? I have had old weed that lost its taste and its efficacy as well.
It was 2 years old, kept in a plastic bag. I left it with a friend when I moved, and returned for a visit 2 years later, so I know it was good to start with. After 2 years, it really was not worth smoking.

If weed is not properly dried, it will get moldy, though. Gotta be careful about that!

^ Yeah it was in my dresser when I moved out. Totally dry to a crisp, but not in any container which is why. It was still as good as the day I got it, just burned a little faster, which was alleviated by wetting the doob a bit at the end where the fire was. Still tasted awesome (to my surprise).

Not to de-rail the thread, I think it's fucking awesome they returned this guys weed :D I wish I could have had my weed back, even if it did take the county court a year and a half to indict me :\ At least I was able to get it expunged because the stupid fucks at the county courthouse fucked on the year of the incident on the indictment and basically pretended it happened 6 months prior when it was really a whole year and a half. Would have been better if they just lost my case though altogether :\

that basically my dream scenario of a pick-up

cop car drives to your house "im sorry sir for the mix up heres your dank"

yeh you walk away you punk ass mofos
