Joints vs Blunts

Not trying to say one is better than the other since they both do the same thing, just wondering some reasons why people prefer one over the other. Personally I prefer blunts, mostly because I think they burn slower and are easier to roll. What about everyone else?
 
Grape Dutch cigarillo's for myself, Vanilla Game's for a group. Like you said, blunts burn slower. They're easier to sit back, relax and savor the moment. I always feel like with joints every second that I'm not taking a hit is a massive amount of wasted session.

Plus, I like the way blunts taste. Vanilla Game's remind me of pancakes and syrup, and the Grape Dutches just taste so damn good...


I think joints are by far easier to roll, though. There's no outer leaf to worry about ripping when you peel it, no guts you need to dump, and papers don't stick until you intend for it to happen. With blunts, you pretty much have to apply some moisture to properly roll and if you use just a little too much or not enough spit it's pretty easy to rip/tear/split a blunt apart mid-roll. Basically, blunts require a bit more finesse, in my opinion, whereas joints are pretty much a 60-second process once the bud's all broken down.
 
Blunts are made with tobacco so I like them less.

Anyways a joint doesn't get me as high as i'd like and includes smoking a bigger quantity compared to other methods, so I only smoke joints or blunts when I don't have anything else around!
 
I meant blunts are easier to roll in that you have more paper to work with. Also I smoke a lot of blunt wraps so no gutting for me. Only downside is they taste a little more harsh

I've noticed that wraps/roll-ups are the medium when it comes to how fast or slow it burns... Even though they're already moist, it seems like the tighter I twist a roll-up the faster it burns, but with actual gutted cigars the tighter I twist the slower they burn. I've never gotten a wrap to burn for 30-45min, but that timeline was the norm for Dutches and especially Games. Despite that, though, Mango wraps taste and smell the way I like to think Heaven would.

Can't roll a joint :( no matter how hard I try it just doesn't end up tight. I guess my fingers don't have enough dexterity or something for the tuck. Blunts aren't too much better for me but I do succeed more then not. It sucks because I love how high I get from both no matter how many bowls I smoke it doesn't feel the same as a blunt between me and my buddy.
 
Blunts. I wouldn't even put my own bud into a joint.

All I can say is why the fuck would you pick a joint over a blunt?? It just burns better and ahhh I fuckin love blunts.

Well when I feel like a big man, I roll blunts. Which is often. I smoke bowls, joints, blunts... Just matters how much weed I feel like I have at the time. The situation varies. I guess I love weed. Sack full= Blunt.
 
In groups blunts are better .

But alone js are the best .

when I had shitty weed, blunts were good. they were big and tasted good.

then I got good weed. it tastes so good blunts ruin the taste, and you only need to smoke a tiny pinner to get fucked.

while I still enjoy a big fat blunt, I generally only smoke em with large groups.
 
I like a blunt for passing round with one or 2 bredrens, or sitting down at a lil gathering getting proper choong.

A joint - everyday use - once a joint goes out, I leave it alone for a few hours, or leave it to carry on smoking the next day - they both have their merits.
