Joining after many years

Hi,

Wanted to say hi to all. I have been a looker and lurker for a long time but never joined and it is about time.

Been active on others but not here. Looking to learn, contribute, help and be helped where needed. This forum is different than others in many ways and hope to be a proactive member as life and time allows. So I may not be that proactive at first, but I am here to share.

Have a laundry list of medical issues and will be spending the first few weeks getting the feel of the forum, reading the rules and guidelines and do's and don't s. If we know each other from another place, say hi.

I will get a profile pic up and then the screen name will sense. Glad to be here and have a great day to all.

Hello notadog. I don't know if you've ever heard the saying that on the internet everyone is a dog but it basically means that it can really be difficult to tell who you are interacting with on the other end. Your username has reminded me of that saying this morning and I hope you truly are NOT A DOG because if you were that would be wild. If you have any questions don't be shy and enjoy your stay.

That is the first time I have heard that saying and I think it is funny. Just browsing around when I have time checking out the rules and regs as all are different.

Am an old DB'er from years ago and another, and each have their own guidelines and "feel" to it.

Far from shy, but I will jump in shortly where I can and have an interest. Like I said, have been a lurker way too long. Just glad to finally be here.
