We are looking for someone who is active in the words forum and has a good posting history on the rest of BL to join the Words moderation team. You should be willing to check the forum on a regular basis so you can respond to threads, deal with troublesome users in a professional manner and moderate as you see fit. As a member of staff, other BLers look up to you!

It is probably important to note that Words has less traffic than some of the other sub-forums on bluelight, so the workload is fairly light. It's a perfect position for those of you who don't have the time required to moderate some of the sites busier forums.
