Jogging on psychedelic drugs

don't know about running
but psych's and riding bicycle is very very awesome!

mostly lowdose
i like 0.6 mg DOC, 5mg 2c-e or a bit of 'cid for this
+vaporized weed or jelly hash and a cup of green tea

feeling like albert anno 1943 ;) <3
 
Light exercise is more than cool, but I would be weary of heavily exerting myself on psychedelics because they can temporarily effect temperature regulation. I don't know of any studies that have investigated psychedelics under circumstances of extreme exertion either, so just be careful and listen to your body. :)
 
That sounds interesting, I'll definitely have to give lower doses a shot then. I do tend to find my thought processes to be manic and hard to remember - but a lot of it gets stored in my memory nonetheless, and then during the comedown when I'm clear-headed I usually think it through.

Do you have experience with 2C-E, and if so do you think it'd work well for jogging? I noticed you mentioned 2C-I, 2C-B and 2C-C in your list, but not 2C-E. :)

Well I am one of those who gets some nasty GI distress and body load from E. After I experienced the cramping on T-2 while running, I was scared off of ever trying it with E. Also my headspace with E is not particularly extroverted. I usually want to be alone in the basement or bedroom and just lay down and stretch. I wish I was one of these people where I could go out dancing on it. Maybe I haven't found the right dose.
 
I do this all the time with a variety of compounds. It's fantastic. There are a few stipulations IMO:

Dose low and you might be surprised. Sometimes you have these beautiful zen moments out there in nature. Don't wear headphones. Immerse yourself in the experience. It can be beautiful.

Excellent advice JBrandon. This got me really motivated!
