Jim vs. Kramer

I was recently involved in an argument with a female coworker of mine after she insisted that Kramer (Seinfeld) was an all around funnier character than Jim (Taxi). She is wrong. So I' m questioning the masses. Who is the funnier of the two sitcom characters??

for me jim hands down. kramer was annoying, and i didn't find him funny, too over the top. his humor seemed forced, and i think christopher lloyd was superb
