this is a confusing one. 'bath salts' have been banned. the only questions i have is MDPV banned or is the 'bath salts' banned? the bag and size are the exact same. i saw it today and it says "jewelry cleaner 250mg not approved for human consumption"

i've done extensive searches on bl, google, erowid, and no info on 'jewelry cleaners'
 
MDPV is banned. MDPV was never actually a bath salt, or a jewelry cleaner, or any other product.

Just because its called something other than "Bath Salt" doesn't mean its legal. If it is in fact MDPV, it is in fact illegal.
