Jaw popping

Okay, first time with e was 1 pill at an event in October. I loved it so much, but it hurt to chew for a couple days after. Fast forward to last weekend- 2nd time using. I took two purple dragonfly pokeballs. I brought some gum and chewed really hard on it for hours- I had three pieces total and chewed on each for 2-3 hours. I started noticing a couple days ago that my jaw pops very slightly every time I open my mouth. It's a very soft pop- my friend couldn't hear it when I made him listen. It doesn't hurt or anything but I'm a little concerned that I messed something up. Has this ever happened to anyone else here? Is it serious? And what have you all found is the best way to prevent clenching... I'm thinking about maybe getting a pacifier in a couple weeks when I do it again. I've also heard Magnesium may work but I have no idea.

Also, I had a pretty bad comedown this time around, which I suspect is because afterward I took a line of blow that had been giving me paranoid comedowns. Is a really sad comedown (cried for hours the next day) normal for e or did I just have not-so-good stuff? The first time, I had a nice comedown, and was just in a semi- bitchy mood for a couple days. This time I was with three other friends, two of whom didn't even roll off the two pills we each had.

Thanks so much to anyone who answers!:D

it s your inner ear making this pop sound, not the jaw... clean it from time to time.

Magnesium supposedly helps jaw clenching. There are a couple different types of magnesium supplements out there but I can't remember which one it is though.
I personally haven't tried magnesium but a lot of people claim it does help. I should probably try since my jaw is already quite messed up.

On the fact of your popping noise, ask your dentist the next time you go.
I have no clue.

I had that for a while when I got braces. My orthodontist told me to just not play with it and try to not purposely pop it. It's basically gone away now.

Preload with magnesium and your jaw clenching will be significantly reduced makes for a much better morning when you can actually open your mouth to talk and eat.

You could be getting TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction). I've had it for about half my life. TMJ can be a very annoying and painful thing to have. Try to avoid making your jaw pop, it can get much worse if you continue to pop it.

Yep, this, also had it for half my life now...it's considered "acute," but as my dentist says its a "chronic disorder with acute flareups" since it can actually get incredibly painful. Avoid eating things that involve opening your mouth really wide, AVOID CHEWING GUM...mouthguards help, I have one but its from an orthodontist and I've heard you can't really use the store ones. When it gets bad, that "pop" you hear will turn into more of a "crack" sound that can be heard from across a room, it sucks.

This ^^. My wife had the same thing and a daily magnesium supplement helped a lot over time.

Just take a magnesium citrate pill everyday with some food and it should get better over time. My wife's did.

It's common in women ages 15-35, and is usually caused by a magnesium defficiency.

This is a serious condition, if you do not take action, it can lead to severe migraine headaches and other problems. Get some magnesium citrate NOW! I bet it clears up. May want to eat foods with more magnesium from now on..

Magnesium is supposed to help - yes. This does not happen to me but my jaw hurts for a couple days after rolling. Pacifiers are best. Put gum in your mouth but try not to actually chew it. ALSO chew gum every day before ... it gets your jaw used to it.
I'm a regular gum chewer so I never have too much jaw pain.
Once though I stopped chewing gum for two weeks then took some m. The jaw pain after that was terrible!!!
I've gone back to chewing gum daily... :p

I had tmj rely bad n everytime i took e my jaw was terrible nothing was helping till i went to the chiropractor and got it crack and all alined now my jaw is back to normal i never thought it would be back to normal

My wife had the same thing. It was caused by a magnesium defficiency women have during child baring years. Magnesium supplement cleared it up in a month. It was much less money than a fancy chiropractor.

Thanks dude, I have TMJ too and its a pain. To the point where I can't open my mouth enough to eat, brush my teeth or properly give a blow job at times. No bueno.

I'll pick up some magnesium next time I go out.

My chiropractor is super cheap, actually...I swear by chiropractics, has helped me SO MUCH, especially with back pain. To each their own I suppose.

I'm SO GLAD I am not the only woman in the world who has the blow job issue. I think reading that line just made me feel much better about myself <3
