Jaw Grinding

i find that when u finish sucking on the lollypops u end up chewing on the stick which hurts waay more in the morning then if uve just gone for the chewing gum.

i tried the magnesium once and just ended up sucking on my lips all night.. i guess i didnt do enough? i looked like a warped anjolina jolie the next day.
 
I usually only have mild soreness in my jaw after a night out. Last time I dropped I used rolaids (about four of them) which equalled about 200 mg of magnesium, I found that even that small amount worked wonders for my clenching, also helped combat the nausea on the come up.
 
I always get my jaw clenching! I thought most people did. Its not so bad but I hate it when my teeth grind... that rarely happens. I agree with ROLLerskater954 as long as I have gum its sweet!!
 
everytime i roll i have to chew gum or have a pacafier handy cuz i will clench my teeth. it haves an affect on them as well but if i dont clench my teeth my jaw shivers or wutever like im cold. but if i dont clench my teeth then im not rollin, thas how i can always tell im bout to start rollin
 
ya i kinda like the jaw clenching lol i always have a pacifier or gum on me so i dont grind my teeth and jaw
 
i always grind when i go to sleep, so i got some of those sports mouth guards that you boil and shape to your mouth. sucha huge help - keep me from chewing a hole in the skin of my mouth and keeps me from grinding. you look like a dumbass, but by bed time no one cares.
magnesium helps me stop twitching on the roll.
 
4 days prior to taking a pill once, I began oral doses of Magnesium. I took Blackmore's Bio Magnesium (everyone who takes Magnesium in Australia swears by this). So I began taking 2 tablets a day leading up to the event. 6 hours prior to the event I took 2 tablets, 4 hours prior to taking the pill I consume another 2 tablets, another 2 hours later I have another 2. So, you'd think that my chewing problem would dissapear. WRONG, I chewed so much that night, that I've given up on magnesium supplements, I must've chewed MORE than without supplements. Moreover, the next day I got the worst case of diahrrea in my ENTIRE life....:X
 
Almost everytime I do some intense jaw grinding unless I remind myself that I"m doing it and it's bad for me, than I can reduce it. Besides that i'm always doing it.
 
Last time i rolled , i had taken a bit over 500 mg magnesium 2 hours prior to dropping the pill.
And even though i only dropped half a pill ,magnesium didnt help preventing jaw clenching at all.
Instead it just gave me a terrible diarrehea and made me somewhat nauseous:/
 
magnesium relaxes your muscles... and your bowels... which is why you get the severe diareha cos it just doesn't have the power to hold it in. i feel you though its happened to me.
 
Maybe Im just strange, but I like the jaw clenching. While rolling, it just feels so good, though I just try to be careful not to tear or break anything inside my mouth. The next day it kind of sucks because my jaw and mouth get sore.
 
i enjoy the grinding too... one of my favourite things is to load up with gum and run off to hang out with friends who arent rolling cos they time how fast i'm chewing. they tell me my velocity is however much per hour, it always blows my mind... its only later i realise they're just making it up.
 
^ I with you I really dont mind it all that much, ill usually kinda massage my tongue with my teeth, feels like it helps my roll. I cant stand gum though makes my jaw really sore the next day, other stuff works much better, a few vitamin C tablets taste great.

hard candies are a big yes in my book... buy one of those 40pus bags of lollipops, cause u can can through 10+ before the nights done, plus, excess lollipops are never a bad thing... plus you can chew on the stick after your done...

I HAD A LOLLIPOP CRAVING WHEN ROLLING ONE NIGHT BUT I WAS CHEWING THE STICK AND NOT THE POP TO BITS AND I CUT ALL MY MOUTH UP ALL NIGHT.
 
it's definitly not overblown for me, because i have jaw problems even when i'm not on anything, so my TMJ just gets amplified.

it was almost enough to make me not want to do it again after my first time. i couldn't open my mouth the next day.

i've only rolled once and plan on more, but the first time i chewed the insides of my cheeks. the next day my cheeks looked like chipmunks and the insides were all bloody and very very bad. an attempt to stop me from doing that was getting a mouth guard, but alas, it was too late. so, i bought teething rings for babies!! haha. i hope that helps next time.. i've known people to chew on pacifiers til they're flat as paper.

MDA pills will do it to you in a good dose.. The first time I rolled I think it was pure MDA back in 2000 was the ebst night of my life all times after that where MDMA, MDE, or a mix and only that first time did I clinch and get the MAD jaw issues..

high dose MDA is like COKE+MDMA in one package with some small LSD propertys.. comedown calls for a xanax tho ;)
