Jaw Grinding

I suffer from the same problem. Made my only roll so far a little bit painful the day after. Thanks for the magnesium tip, i'll have to try it out.
 
magnesium didn't help with my grinding too much- only a
teeny bit... i only took 100mg though. next time i'll take more?

You took too little. Try 500-1000mg. Sometimes I'll take 1.5g or 2g.

same, if its a strong pill...i notice it and just let myself chew on a lolly pop stick! gunna try magnesium next tiem though!

i get eye wobbles...which i reckon are super fun...fills like someone has picked up ur head and shook it, like balls in a lottery wheel!

Ok how much magnesium? Or calcium? My little sister loves pills but last time she dropped she cut up the inside of her mouth so much that she is ify about doing it again.
 
I clench and grind to the point where the muscles in my neck are sore the next day. The massive rush of serotonin is responsible for this or so I've read. I believe I may be more susceptible due to a depressive condition. That's merely conjecture though. Talking, chewing gum, and hard candies all help. That's common knowledge though.
 
hard candies are a big yes in my book... buy one of those 40pus bags of lollipops, cause u can can through 10+ before the nights done, plus, excess lollipops are never a bad thing... plus you can chew on the stick after your done...

though, be careful, cause sometimes you can cut your mouth on a sharp edge of hard candy.. which at the time, feels oddly good... (im a strange little girl... :p) but i hurts like f*ck later on.. the good subsitute is buying pez type lollies... the side effect being; sometimes the chalky dust can cause you to sneeze alot and im not sure why, but the roof of my mouth gets real itchy when i eat too much pez...
 
As I've already said: why chew lollies excessively and get sore jaws in an attempt to cope with the grinding when you can prevent it entirely?

Magnesium works beautifully... except there are the downsides ive experianced:

downside 1: it gets rid of the eye wiggles because it is a muscle relaxent and therefor it relaxes your eyes so you dont get the crazy eye wiggles (which IMO I LOVE)

downside 2: if you take a gram of magnesium (possibly less) it could cause your bowels to move causing you to have diarrhea.

So concider the pros and cons
 
500MG? If i take that much my i feel sick and get a sore stomache. Maybe cause the ones i have been taking also contain zinc and b6. How long before you drop and all at once or bit by bit?
 
Is this for real? Lots of magnesium = Diarrohea? Is this substantiated or what (I might overdose on it tonight, see where I end up..) :)
 
i always chew and grind like a mother fucker. If i dont have gum or passifier my teeth are fucked. Hell.. they get fucked anyway. I chew to the beat of the song w/ gum haha
 
I grind my teeth while I sleep anyway, but when Im on E I chew the back of my lips AND grind my teeth lol
 
Usually just get through at least one packet of chewing gum. Jaw hurts like fuck in the morning (I imagine it's something to do with being on the go for 5 hours ...) but it beats fucking your teeth up. Lollies are good but they're too big to easily take enough for my needs in to a club
