hi, id just like to introduce myself. im janie, i live in england and im 41,am i able to say im young at heart tho lol. im about to start a tough few weeks and im petrified. iv lived in a haze for 22 years and the haze i hope is going to clear. ohhh wot a way to introduce myself.

Hi joe, well done. U must be so proud of urself. Im so scared of my detox. Im doing a home detox and start on the 2nd of sept. Iv been reducing very quickly and feel just awful now so goodness knws wot il b like when i drop to nothing. I used to b a professional person, now look at me. X
