Stimulants Iv'ing meth, too much?

Hi all. I just made a bluelight account, so I'm not sure if this is the right forum and sorry if I make mistakes with the writing.

I have experience with a lot of drugs. I recently did meth about three weeks ago for the first time. (I wait a minimum of two weeks before buying more hard drugs).
Anyways, I've IV'ed a lot of drugs before. But this was only the second time I've tried meth via IV. I did a pretty decent amount. But About 5 minutes after I have an insanely bad headache. It pulses and keeps getting worse, then randomly goes away, then comes back.
Did I do to much?

By the way I searched, but couldn't find anyone who gets a bad headache right away.

the SWIM shit makes it hard to read, they don't do that on this site, it's pretty annoying. don't iv meth unless you wanna eventually totally destroy your body
 
might have been the cut IMO ive ived up to a gram of meth in a day and OD'd and never had a headache BUT everyone is different so do your research man and if your headache doesnt stop in more than 2 days go to the ER
 
Sounds like you took too much meth and have been neglecting your health, hydration, hygiene, nutrition, and/or sleep.

edit: I sincerely doubt that a cut caused the headache, even the purest of crystals causes headaches if you don't take care of yourself.
 
Yeah, male sure that you keep yourself hydrated, in general of course, but especially when using amphetamines. Also, did you make sure to use sterile injection equipment (new syringe, sterile water, new cotton or better yet-micron filter, and clean cooker)? Sometimes when you do a dirty hit it results in a horrific pulsating headache.
 
If you are still suffering from that headache and haven't taken anything for it yet, take 400mg Ibuprofen.
 
This has happened to me before, many years ago, from being stupid and lazy and using an old meth bag to mix up my shot in - it had been laying around for months with moisture inside it from the last shot I had mixed up in it. Same thing, intense pulsating headache about 5-10 minutes after the shot. I took some ibuprofen and didn't do any more meth and it disappeared in an hour or 2.

Not sure how your hygiene standards are, but make sure all your equipment, fingers and the injection site are properly cleaned. Apart from the occasional slip-up like the one above I am usually pretty good with cleanliness (especially these days) - have been shooting meth for 10 years and never had anything go too awry, apart from getting a wee bit hooked on the stuff. Hygiene is very important.

Out of curiosity, how much did you shoot? Also, was it after the first shot that this happened or had you been going hard for a while already?
