Opioids IVing capsules (no, not pills)

sure after reading a few posts here i get the message. its a bad thing to shoot pills but whats with capsules? they contain much lesser binder/filler/etc.

a brand of tramal capsules would contain this:

Lactose
Magnesium stearate
Dicalcium phosphate
highly dispersed silicon dioxide

doesnt seem too bad. most of it is harmless and/or water insoluble.

only thing that kinda creeps me out is the dispersed silicon dioxide.. is it a form of sand? if so it shouldnt be soluble at all.. it isnt according to wikipedia. yet other sources say its slightly soluble in water.

has anybody an idea if this is a dangerous compound for this purpose or not?
maybe there exists a thread somewhere with dangerous additives (besides apap etc). couldnt find it.

Silicon dioxide is very bad when injected and can possibly cause talcosis/silcosis of the lungs over time. From what I know a cotton filter will not sufficiently filter out silicon dioxide.. you might need a .22 micron filter.
