IVing 4-AcO-DMT

I was wondering how many grams of 4-AcO-DMT I should IV and how many units of water to use with it? i've seen people do 5mg and i have seen people do 30mg. i want to know what i should do for the most intense high possible. like what is the lowest amount to do for a little tripping and what is the maximum amount for me to do to crazy fucking trip my balls off?
also how long does the trip last?
