It makes me laugh, but what exactly do you mean?

Can you give an example of an "Over Sexed" Teen,

or an AIM "Teen"

Do you mean like, AOL INSTANT MESSENGER?

Or just plain out unprofessional letters?

Not every message that we receive is polite/friendly or from an understanding user - the term oversexed teen is meant as fun and really not worth thinking about too much.

The mature wording would be "a person too caught up in the moment." It just means...be in a state of sound rationality before you submit questions. Teens using AIM are notorious for shenanigans, so the analogy is made in jest...
