Misc I've had enough with opiods not working

what illegal drug can i try that will be cheap and help with my pain. I would prefer something that doesn't make me smelt

Personally, I would recommend heroin - it’s one of the least sedating opiates and pretty cheap overall because it’s so potent. But you gotta be sure you get real stuff and not fentanyl or worse nitazenes. Most people find it quite effective for pain. It doesn’t completely get rid of mine, but it’s better than anything else I’ve tried, and I’ve tried nearly everything except for the RC opioids.
