IV vs Oral absorption rato for Dilaudid

I've looked everywhere but can't seem to find a conversion ratio for how much gets Dilaudid gets absorbed when you IV it versus if you had just taken the pill. I know the pill amount is 24% (got that from the manufacturer's website). Does anyone know the IV amount? Inquiring minds want to know...

%100 for iv can you answer this:I have a question this is the 7th day now the first 5 i was taking about 120mg of morphine sulfate ir either plugging or eating it since friday at 3 i have snorted 40 dilaudid 2mgs and have 20 left ive been able to sleep and piss no shitting but thats to be expected just wondering whats an unsafe amount of dilaudids to snort in a day and if i would notice before it was too much as in throwing up or something or will i just pass out and stop breathing without warning ive been snorting between 4 and 6 mg every hour plugged some but was just a hstle for the same effect not able to iv as thats not an option and tonight will be the last of it anyway but what i want to know is the od sudden or will i know when its too much or is the amount im taking spread out over time safe enough please respond thanks also i chew tobbaco and everytime i do i get really bad hiccups until i do another line plus my visions a little blurry but that coould be from staring a tthe laptop thanks again

check thi sout i have done dalaudid for a long time the 8mg pills and i shot everyone snorted like two of them and ate a few shooting them they kick in instantly and are like 3 times more potent snorting does nothing plugging works good but i havent ever stuck anything in my ass so i wouldnt know. but ya iv dalaudid is the shit its the er docs main way to relieve pain if yuo visit the er with a big pain issue 8 mg pill iv is like 24mgs oral test it out little by little this is what i noticed to tell you 1st hand....

All I can say is my person IV dose for dilauded is 4mg. Take into consideration that I am 195lbs, with an extensive heroin habit.

It is a waste orally unless you have never touched an opiate before.

I have a moderate opiate tolerance and a k 4 IV kicks my ass. Proceed with caution.

Dilaudid is great IV'ed, but the negative many say is the enjoyment is short last. IMO dilaudid sucks oral or railed for whatever reason, many say the best non-IV ROA is plugging it which Ive never done.
