Opioids IV oxycodone IV diaudid don't want to OD

According to Bluelights Opioid Conversion Chart, 20mg of IV oxycodone is equivalent to 1.5mg of hydromorphone. So according to that math, you'd want around 34mg of IV Hydromorphone...However, I'd start off lower for sure, Dilaudid is a lot more intense, you might get a good head off of less.
 
I hope your exaggerating man, 450mg IV of oxycodone is a dangerous, nasty habit. Please be safe when shooting such large amounts of pills, that really is harmful to your body no matter how well you filter them.
 
It's not an exaggeration. Bro I really hope you're going to be safe with the hydromorphone. It has all rush and no legs, I dunno why you're gunna do it because I doubt it will be much good for your pain. Be really careful bro, I'd push it extra slow but steady. Also, don't take too much Zanaflex, alright?
 
I really hope he meant 45 mg.... I bet if he was IV 450 he would not tolerate the w/d long enough to figure out the right amount to shoot.
 
^ What? I doubt he would even wait 18-24+ hours to let himself get in to fetal position, full-on opiate withdrawal, most physically dependant IV opiate users tend to shoot up every 4-6 hours.

I don't know why it's so hard to believe that people are shooting half grams of oxycodone with extreme tolerances, as dangerous as shooting pills can be without proper micron filtration (please tell us you micron all that oxy, man). Some IV oxycodone addicts reported on bluelight that when they were getting OC80's for mad cheap in pill mills before Florida's anti-doctor shopping pharmacy reporting system went into effect, that they used to shoot up to 3 grams of oxy a day, and up to a gram of oxy in a single shot.

This is the main problem with chasing the opiate high: it's not sustainable, and pretty soon, half-full gram shots of heroin "as thick as gravy" barely take people out of withdrawal. In fact, I believe that you get a more consistent level of high if you stay on a maintenance dosage instead of chasing the high and losing it all together through massive tolerance buildup.

I've posted 3 times now that he meant 450 mg as he wrote. And that last sentence makes no sense.

@EM he does use microns.

But yeah man, I worry about you mrflowers00! I know you do this on the regs but I wish there was a better way than this.

This is a good point. Hydromorphone is a lot stringer than oxycodone, especially when injected, but you really want to be careful because you are not going to get the same high you do with IV oxycodone. As Tricomb said, when you inject Hydromorphone intravenously, you basically get a really intense rush, and that's about it. Dilausid is notorious for its lack for its lack of legs. I also imagine that you could probably get an intense rush off of a way smaller dose than what is equipotent to 450mg of IV oxycodone. I bet that 16mg would take you there.. If not, at least start off at a dose that's less than the equipotent dosage, because you can always work your way up. I'm not sure how much Iv experience you have mrflowers00, but if oxycodone is the only opiate you've ever injected, than dilaudid is going to feel really fucking intense.

And I am also confused why so many people are shocked by this habit. Sure it's big, but it's not unreasonable. Many people shoot over 10mg of oxymorphone at a time, and that stuff is roughly 10x more potent than oxycodone at least!
 
Did the OP OD already? I would start small with dilauladid if your not used to it and then work your way up. You can always take more. Start with an 8mg pill to gauge the effects.
 
I agree with the oking here just do an eight mil and see how that hits ya if nothing else you can allways just make up another shot if that wasn't satisfying enough but I really like a 8 mil at a time with dillies they're my favorite really and I do them one 8 at a time just enough for a rush and not to waste product. There is a world of difference in between a 4mil shot and 8 but not much difference In between 8 and a 16 I know that don't make much sense but it's true just had this conversation with a group of pill buddies of mine just couple days ago and they agreed to better for ya just to do one at a time.
 
i think i'll start with 4 8's and mind you this is if my doctor decides to put me back on it he took me off cause i was on oxycodone too and said the hydromorphone made me very itchy but he prescribed me claritin so we'll se
