IV oxy question

First timer here to IV.
Used cotton from a q-tip to filter.
About an hour after administer I started getting a massive headache.
Now I have a fever and I feel nauseous as well as a headache.
Temp at 100.5 at the moment.
Should I be worried?

I dosed two 500 mg tylenol for headache and fever reduction.
Doesn't seem to be working.

^Yes. Seeing as oxy is a pain killer and should eliminate a headache, not produce one, it sounds like something is amiss. Are you sure you got the real deal?

Using a Q-Tip cotton to filter a pill is a bad idea and you SHOULD go to the Emergency Room.
