Heroin IV or intranasal H3

how would someone go about IVing heroin #3 or use jt intranasally?

i have saline solution, needles, nasal spray and vitamin C pills(unflavored)

why not IM? The rush is bigger boofing it? i tried IV but when i pulled the plunger it went back to the same location and i injected anyway. I didnt feel any rush but i can say that after like 20 minutes i started feelking it softly. I have one serynge with H already in it for boofing and still have enough H for either IV or IM or boofing. I was thinking to try IV again and if i miss again to go IM

I wouldnt play with needles game and boof it or snort it. Its very easy to game over with needles.
