Opioids IV of 5 packs/bags/stamps of 3-methylfentanyl

oh, thats helpful, i cant me more grateful.

once this place used to be different (i didnt join yesterday). its v. different from what it was.

I am asking for HOW to do safe IV shots and FIND VEINS and i get "chill out" and "get counseling".

we dont even have a word for "counseling" in my language!!! there is no such thing in my country!!!!

our "counceling sessions" take place behind a 1L bottle of cheap vodka outside when its -35C.

btw, Estonia is in the top5 for male suicides since I cant remember when. its something like 52/100 when countries like ... i dunno ... Maldives it was 2/100 or something. But all the baltic states are EXTREMELY high in suicidies. we have awful weather, NO drugs, you go to jail for 0.1g of weed (same as fentanyl in the eyes of LAW), we have no judge, no JURY (judge decides EVERYTHING) not some jury. you are just lead in, the almighty lord reads you your punishment and then you can kiss her feet or you can go back to your cell. feet fetish ppl can do the kissing part, 99.9% just go to their cell and hang themselves or try some other way to end their miserable existence where 0.1g weed is viewed the same as 1g of heroin/fentanyl/amphetamine/whatever. and we are in EU. but who gives a fuck. i couldve smoked weed in any of the EU countries where usage is tolerated and small amounts are allowed, but then i need to stay in that "hellhole" until i return to my dear homeland full of alcoholics and ... wait, lemme think, more alcoholics. cause, you see, one thing we got, is ALCOHOL. we even make it! SO ALCOHOL IS CHEAP AND AVAILABLE ALWAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! drink your self to death and be remembered as a MAN who was COOL or use "drugs" as if there are any and be considered the lowest of human beings (child molestation etc. is completely ok compared to drugs or even worse SHOOTING UP over here, in this scandinavian country (like everywhere else in scandinavia, northern europe).

Do you have some weights? Weight lifting can make your veins "pop out" after a few minutes, and on the long term your veins will become more prominent.
 
I don't think he wan't to hear any recovery verses right now.....he's upset...and hell-bent. I hope everything worked out, and you're ok.
 
i wrote steyp-by-step what happened. NOTHING.
and I will keep on beating my arms but no veins come. I can be in hot water for 4 hours. nothing. in a sauna for 30min. nothing. I live 50 miles from Finland so I know real Sauna. I can last 30min in those temps and no veins. Doctors usually use the smallest needle possible (they get it from some special place which always takes 15min) and you cant buy it from pharmacy. doctors with less than 30-40 years experience have never had success hitting even one vein.
a junkie however has been successful using the orange tip syringes but that was 6 mnths ago. but that guy can shoot himself in the necck in a bus without a mirror or anything with the bus driving on roads like you see in "russia youtube" movies.
 
If you're having that much trouble hitting a vein, why not plug/snort/swallow ? Not as effective as IV but it's better than not taking anything at all.
 
keep trying with the iv. your friend will get you. orange spikes are too big you need brown or baby brown.

i know you dony want any other advice but have you considered moving??
i keep thinking of the movie reinderspotting. at least u have a fent analouge they just had/have subutex.
 
OP, dont take this the wrong way but if things are so bad where you live then move somewhere else.

Im not sure how much more advice we can give you regarding hitting a vein.
If you cant hit a vein anywhere on your body then you are using the incorrect gauge of needle.

If you still have no success then try plugging (rectal admin). Alot of people say that this ROA nearly matches I.v and its alot safer.

Anyway, I hope you can get some help OP because it seems like your having some serious issues.

Yet we are poorer than africans. every time i see these people on tv they have better clothes in me in the countries with "high HIV and devastating wars". well at least they can afford normal cars, they can get opium if they want (dream of mine), they can go out and not freeze to death in 7 minutes like me if i were to go outside without AT LEAST 5 layers of clothes. its supposed to be 32F outside but last 5 winters has been - 32F for 6+ months and then 90F+ when before there were normal 75F MAX. summers with 65 evenings. now its 90F and 80F summer for 1.5 months/1.5 months autumn/spring (15c day, 2c night) and then winters (-25c day, -40c night). at least its colder in Moscow where 15 million people live (im about 2 hours by car from there and 3 hours from St. Pete (the REAL one).

you get a rush and thats it. 20bucks. 70 bucks buys you 0.19g, thats 5 packs. just verified today, i live in a big house so there a dealer on every floor.

5 packs = to a user with a 120mg methadone etc. habit 5 packs does NOTHING. i need 20-25MINIMUM and then that 25 packs worth of powder put in a rig (25 packs is about 0.86-0.92 in powder weight.
Then (25 shot) I would feel a LITTLE liftmeup. for 50eur-70usd. yay. im so happy. NOT. fucking veins.


now i hadnt had any done for 3 days when i was doing the 5 shot thing. and the motherfucker has the nerves to STILL show up with .32 needles. He said "thats all they had". Yes. In a capital city of a country, in a city of 600.000+ there are no insulin needles or something thats smaller than those green monsters.

I have really hard to hit veins. Nothing that pops out. I usually use 30 or 31 ultra fine gauge insulin syringes and with those can hit small veins in hand..even in fingers. Stay away from those veins that roll.

If you bend your elbow like you're going to rest your chin on your hand, do u have the big vein that runs up back of your forearm? Most ppl have a big one there even when others r small. Don't try n hit ones that pop n move. You want ones where you can feel it taut under the skin--even if it doesn't "pop out"

Trust me, there's bad shit here in the US where 10 packs will do nothing for the average user too!

I'm not really familiar with different fentanyl analogues, but the one you're talking about sounds like it really sucks! We get fentanyl sold to us as heroin here too, but it still usually lasts a good 3 hours or so, as far as the high goes...

I know that there's fent. analogues that only last minutes, and I think that's what's used in the time-release patches. The only reason it works is because it's constantly being released the whole time you're wearing the patch, I could be wrong though! Are you sure the methadone isn't the reason you need so much?

As far as shooting up...If you're determined enough, you should be able to find a vein, no matter who you are....

I'm sorry that you're miserable...
