I'm a 27yr old male, 1.85cm, 75kg.
I have been taking 120mg methadone for two years.
I am going to IV 5 bags of 3-Methylfentanyl (3-MF) in about 2 hours and wanted to ask a couple of things:

1) Which hand is better to IV too? I have AWFUL veins and even prof. nurses take 5-6 tries to find a vein after 5-15+ min. Its something AWFUL.
2) I am going to be IV'ed, of course, not doing the IV'ing myself (dont know and wouldnt ever hit a vein in the world). We are gonna use a "tourniquet". When is it good to release it?

PLEASE no posts about dont IV fent and so on. It is the ONLY opiate available in my country since 2002 so we know what we are doing.
From one gram of 3-MF You get 28-35 packs of stamps/bags/checks (like we call them).

I don't use needles every day or every month. Not even every year. So please, more experienced, PLEASE give me Your wisdom.

I guess the veins in your dominant arm are more developed for obvious reasons.
Just make sure you don't OD and let me know what happens.
 
I am left-handed so left arm. I have always IV'd to the right arm so lets hope this time it goes better with my dominant hand.

I would VERY much welcome ANY other help or thoughts from other people, thank You guys in advance ;)

How to get the veins out good when they are IMPOSSIBLE to get out


and, FYI;
3-MF is a shitty opiate, it lasts only 15 mins when smoked on foil (its a beige powder, like heroin), or 30min when up the nose but then you would have to be COMPLETELY opiate naive to get high from only ONE bag of 3-methylfentanyl sniffing it. OD is of course possible for newbies, but with my tolerance and I am quite content.

I have taken 130mgs short of 1000mg methadone,
have IV'd 20 bags of 3-MF at a time,
actually even did a WHOLE FUCKING GRAM once,
that was when i was at my worst of addiction and dealing like a mf, of course.

How else would You support an addiction that is costing You 200EUR+/day with fentanyl, benzos and all the shit put together?......
 
If the person that is shooting you up (you said it is not you) does not know when to release the tourniquet then he doesn't know enough about IVing to be doing it either.

I also don't understand if you have been IVing all the stuff for that long how can you still not know how to IV yourself?
 
he was a junkie for close to 10 years and can hit his own veins in ~3 seconds so he does know what he is doing.
if i remember correctly, he lets the tourniquet go right after the shot has been done. is that correct or wrong?
the thing is ,he is a complete street smart person not a book smart or forum smart, so everything he's learned, he's learned the hard way or by word of mouth. but i DO trust him on the IV'ing part. it's just i've seen the guy in action too many times not to know that i am in good hands. he has IV'd me 10+ times before and only once were my veins so awful that he missed the shot and it went under my skin (my vein just "swam" away, as he told me).

I am from a country called ESTONIA, from the capital city TALLINN (Alpha- world city) from NORTHERN EUROPE/SCANDINAVIA.
This drug is available ONLY in ESTONIA. If anyone wants to know how i know that its 3-MF - since 2002 that is ALL the papers have been writing about, is that there are OD's found with 3-Methanylfentanyl found in people's bodys. So that is how i know. Also it feels like fentanyl. Not very euphoric and pretty pointless (i blew more than 600.000-900.00EUR on it over 8 years of addiction). You start to get wd's about 2 hours after last usage once youre hooked, and a typical addict (latest numbers say we have approx. 25.000 exclusive 3-MF addicts in a capital city of 400.000). Tallinn was founded 1200 something and is the first capital city in Northern Europe. We are at 59N but our winters are not bad, 5-6 months of show if its shit, but the wiki climate shows that we have -2c in january and february during the day (thats about 36F) and -6 - 8C (20F) in the night. But right now its about -20C (-5F). So, climate can be different yeartoyear. However weve never had a colder temp than -31.1C.
 
No arm is "better" to use than the other. Use a vein in your forearm or bicep if you can. Go with the largest one, whatever arm. Simple as that.

As far as the tourniquet question, you release it after you register and before you actually depress the plunger.. the guy IV'ing you should know that as it's pretty basic.. if he doesn't know something that simple, I wouldn't let him anywhere near you with a needle.

Yes, exactly, as he registered he let go at once. That is correct. I remembered wrong that he let go once the shot was done.
What would happen if that were to happen? Just no high or something more serious?
We only use the tourniquet because my veins are impossible to find and run/swim all the time CRAZY like.

If you IV without loosening the tourniquet, it puts a lot of pressure on your veins. They could leak, etc. Nothing really happens right away as far as damage. It's more of a build up of damage that happens if you continually do that.

Any other general thoughts and the fact that its only available in a country the size of New England (even smaller, I'm sure - not counting Maine FOR SURE etc.). maybe like as big as massachusetts. sorry for the wrong spelling.

Or any other thing You think I should know before IV'ing

I'm confused, you say you shot 20 bags in one go, and then say you shot a whole gram once. How much is a bag there? Here it's 10 bags to a gram, so if 20 bags is less than a gram, they must be quite tiny. I'm speaking of bags of heroin, of course, tho.

I wonder what sort of purity you're getting because, first, pure shouldn't be grey or beige, and at 400-6000x the potency of morphine, we're talking ridiculously high doses. Even if you assign your methadone a ridiculous potency of 10x morphine, 1g done to 10g morphine, wow, they must really have to cut the shit out of that. Not that this is a bad thing, really, so long as the cuts are relatively benign. It does raise the very serious issue of quality control, and if a drug dealers qa personnel are even 5x better than the ones I work with, you're in serious danger every time you use. The potential for a hotspot to exist within any bag is scary. Even half of one bag could be fine while the other half deadly.
 
Unfortunately my veins are like 1mm big because it was IMPOSSIBLE for the needle to stay in the vein, it went right through each time.
I am COMPLETELY underwhelmed with the whole thing. IV SUCKS DONKEY BALLS!!! I get 10x more high DRINKING a substance (methadone) and i take that EVERY DAY for 2 years.


NOBODY BUY CRAP CALLED FENTANYL WHEN YOU ARE IN ESTONIA (EUROPE IN GENERAL),
IT IS THE MOST CRAPPIEST AND LEAST LONG ACTING OPIATE IN THE WORLD (1-2min, after 5min you dont even remember taking anything because it was so long ago when you felt something (4min ago). Doesnt help that the person was a COMPLETE idiot who bought the wrong rigs which would maybe work on his prison veins but not my normal-depressive-person-who-doesnt-work-out-EVER-and-struggles to do 2 pushups - I can NOT IV, not with a tourniquet and 22 years of IV practice between 2 people.
We tried EVERYTHING but all failed. Just kept going through the vein. My veins are 0,1mm at most. Nice to hit, eh?

You wont believe how mad I am, I just wanted to experience an IV high before I go (kill myself) because my life is living hell.

here there is no bags or anything. you get EVERYTHING inside foil so you can smoke it at once if you wish (most ppl buy that devil shit only to get rid of the worst WD's in the world- thats why i went on methadone, iwas on 320mg starting out....

And all through my addiction, all I did was smoke it from foil. NEVER did i IV because a) I DONT have veins b) i dont HAVE veins c) I dont have VEINS.

NO sports whatsoever. Can do 2-3 pushups MAXIMUM and then my hands will be aching like a mf for all day for 5 days or so. 24h of pain. cant even think ogig
situps or whatever are no problem. its my hands that are WEAK.

Start doing some exercise and gaining some strength. If even a couple pushups are too much, just start with stretching and little cardio.. work your weight up to the strength training.

Not only will you feel better, but your veins will get a lot better.
 
Hot showers or a hot compress (on the area to be I.v'ed) are good ways of showing up veins.
Also, having the correct kit is a must, smaller gauge needles for smaller veins.
 
is it possible that between registering and pushing the plunger down the vein just swims away?
happened to me yesterday, that place hurts now like a usual place where you miss a shot (i.e. go through the vein). actually the pain in the place that was tried yesterday (the main vein) is aching a little but it wont go away so its 24/7 in your mind. it sucks balls and just pushes you over, ive been suicidal for the last 4+ years and things like these just make you think 'that just puts a stamp on it.'
its like you werent meant to be born or something.

i mean i saw nice deep red blood coming into the needle, and then the person IVing me pressed it down gently. and nothing. it went through my vein. and now it hurts just to remind "haahaa, you cant even be a junkie, youre THAT desperate and basically - human form of SHIT".

have you considered your drug usse might play a hand in your depression?

i heard once that suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.
