IV Morphine Sulfate SR 30 mg

So i looked on here for a "safe" way to do this, found a way to get it from geling, (heated it, and then separated the mixture), and all seems to have gone well... My only question is, i wasnt sure how much to do, since i havent used opiates in awhile and hadnt IV'ed morphine either... so i started with a 15 mg shot, didnt feel too much of a rush, and then did the same again.... i feel it now, just didnt really get that rush people describe... should ii have just done all 30mg at once? I take 5 mg of methadone even and that still gets my feeling good, it just seemed like 30 mg of morphine to start IV would be too much...

so, if i did 3 shots over the course of an hour that were about 15 mg each, would it have been better to just do it all at once? if im fine with 3 separate shots i guess im asking, would i have been fine to do it all at once? i didnt feel a rush and was looking to see how that felt...

Maybe methadone somewhat blocks a part of the high, even at your low dose.

Oh, sorry I'm not on MMT, i just have some occasionally... i havent been taking it regularly for awhile, but about 2 days ago i took 5 mg of methadone... could that little amount be in my system still? I mean, i feel really good right now, and my eyes are needlepoint, but surprisingly lucid and awake.... which i find weird cuz i heard MS Contin is more of a sleepy, nodding type of high... just not what i was expecting i guess...
was thinking of doing another one, but figured id wait til morning to be safe, and do 40 mg in a shot... I did about 45 mg of pill so im sure i lost sum and im thinking that crushing up 40 mg and doing it all in one go should be fine then...?

Hey--

15mg is generally a pretty small dose. I have a good tolerance to OCs (I sniff not IV) and 60-100mg gets me feeling pretty good IV. I'd say 45mg should be pretty safe, and a good dose, for someone that is not an opiate light weight. I do 60mg shots and can do 2 of them if I want-- probably 3 but I'd nod too hard and feel nauxious probably. If you want to post about some of oyur relevant tolerance to opiates we can give you a better answer though because everyone's tolerance is different. The fact that 15mg gave you no buzz at all makes me think 30-45 mg shots should be ok. Dont forget, some of the morph gets trapped in the wax or lost so your not really shooting 45mg.

Well, i did a 45 mg shot and was great. I'm sure 60 mg would be fine, but my problem is that they are 30 mg pills, and what i found said to use 2 Ml/pill, which comes out to a lott of liquid left over for a shot... That was the problem with the 45 mg one too, i felt like had too much liquid to fit in one... is it ok to less water, or will the morphine not separate properly?

HOW did you keep it from geling? You say "seperated the mixture", how do you seperate the mixture?
