IV meth users. How tf do you find difficult veins?!

So I've had super hard to find veins even before I started going the iv drug route. It's almost impossible to see or feel a vein. And forget about the ones in the crook of my arm it's like they don't exist there. Now I know I shouldn't be an iv user if my veins are so hard to find. But anyone have tips, tricks... ANYTHING?! IM so tired of missing and having lumpy ass arms. help me!!

Stay I away do your body all lot good it well fuck your heart up and hepatitis c b etc thats coming from sum one with no more veins left use uv blue flash light in dark you see all you veins dark lots water as well my friend don't do it sniff sniff

Somebody in Drug Culture said to get in a hot shower and stand there with a mirror. Flex your arms and your legs and tense all up. Like if you were getting angry or something. Veins pop out for some reason. Then I guess you can mark them with a sharpie or something and then try and hit it after you get out.

An alternate light source would help. Florescent bulbs are brighter than standard LED bulbs.

The hot. Shower works get a uv blue light fluslight go on the bathroom turn light off and point on your arms u see.
