Bad miss in my arms near the ditch, I know I missed all of it and it was 35 cc
It's been one day and it's red hot and swollen very hard and I can hardly move my arm, never had one this bad before, when should I go to the er

You should go to the ER immediately. Redness, swelling, and pain that prevent movement can indicate infection or tissue damage. Waiting longer could make it worse.

Infections are nothing to play with. Wait too long and you will end up with a steep hospital bill. If not lose your life.

Immediately if you haven't gone already. I hope to God you have. You say you know you missed all 35 units - eleven years ago I missed THREE units and waited 3 days before going to the ER, I was immediately admitted, it required surgery to get all the infection out, and the doctor told me if I'd waited 12 more hours I likely would have lost the arm. Stayed in the hospital 3 days for that one.

Misses/abscesses are NOT to be fucked around with. If a near constant hot compress doesn't prevent or alleviate one within the first 12 to 24 hours, if there's any sort of knot or redness, swelling, yellowing, GO. Yes, it's embarrassing to admit you hurt yourself injecting drugs, but your life and limbs are worth more than your pride. OP or anyone who needs to hear this. For real.

Hard to get it in the bone marrow but if that happens and can. Expect a long 7-10 day stay at the hospital.

Flushing is not comfortable once the nerve block wears off. I had my thumb only flushed out from a cat bite and it felt like it was going to explode for 3 days after surgery. I stayed at the hospital for 9 days and ended up doing a 55 day out-patient PICC line infusion of antibiotics. It came out to me infusing 1.8lbs of antibiotics in 55 days. My liver was not liking that too much. I needed an Ultrasound afterwards on my liver. It took 2-3 months to start feeling normal again. My thumb though was twice the size of my other thumb and look like hammer shit for 8 months.

I’ve only shot Coke and had some bad misses. I would immediately get a very hot compress and soak it and the. Shower and let the hot water run in it for a while. Have you tried this
