IV Meth/2 tenths - Experienced - very good or to much

I have been using Meth regularly( a few times a week) for about 4 months. IV is my ROA. Today my boyfriend and I bought 3 tenths and split it like usual. I dosed 20 hours prior but had a few hours of sleep and some food before this time. While the needle was being pulled out I had a pretty strong cough. I immediately felt a heat wave to the Bottoms of my feet and my lady parts felt nice and warm. anyways, I stepped out my back door everything seemed very bright and I had to go chill out. I wasn't nauseous really for longer than a few seconds but my eyes felt like they were rolling in the back of my head and my jaw was moving a bit. Normally I am a very chill user and at first I was feeling kind of anxious because I felt short of breath but I just said I am fine to myself and then the panicking went away but the rolling eyes slightly accelerated heartbeat for close to an hour. I would say it's been about three hours and I still feel my eyes are a little effected and sweating bullets. So did I experience just a really good rush of better quality, or did I do too much?

This is not uncommon among heavy methamphetamine users, but it is a sign that you used too heavy an amount.

It doesn't mean you are going to die or anything, but you shouldn't need to be dosing that highly.

It will only fuck your tolerance up worse than it needs to be. And, if combined with panic, it can be dangerous.

Keep some benzos on hand to keep you from getting too panicky in the future, and try not to dose so high that you experience an uncomfortable effect.

It was just a lot different than what I am used to, I have had my eyes kinda go back and forth, dry heaved, I have even thrown up after a shot. Honestly I didn't think a tenth was really that much, I normally just get a small rush and even feel sleepy at times. I always eat daily and never am awake for more than 2 days so I think the quality had to be much better. Thank you, I started to worry but I knew that i was just having a panic attack and I did take a cool shower which really helped.

I did a shot about 2 days ago and it scared me. I didn't know what was happening. After injection, I instantly got a fuzzy, itching in my throat, and began to cough. I then noticed a ringing in my ears and as i walked back threw my kitchen, it looked as if there was fog floating in my house. I sat down, and my eyes began to jitter back and forth,and my lower jaw was shaking like i was cold but was not cold. I did 3 tenths.
