Hey what is a good starting dose for dialidid. I have 4mg INSTANT RELEASE.

I usually IV 0.4-0.6 every day , I just did around 0.35 mg bupre. I am going to wait 6hrs, and start with 1.at 8hrs I

I am very fucked and I want to start out low. Is half a mg to low? How is 1mg sound?
Iv the need to shoot up buprenorphine again and at 12hrs I am completely at baseline but not in withdrawal
I have never shot up dillies mor have I ever tried them

I am so fucked up on cocaine and some valium and shit I need to sober up

I would wait 12 hours man, i.v. bupe will have a lower duration, and your low dose means it won't do much blocking, which is a good thing. I'd start at 1 mg, bump it up to 2 if you need to. like I said the longer you wait the higher you will get, so if you don't want to waste any you should wait. 8 hours is cutting it close, 12 should be fine, and at 18 you will probably feel the full effects of the dose, not counting tolerance.

enjoy it, I'd love some i.v. hydro right about now, but I just slammed 1mg of bupe so it's not like I'm "craving" opiates

just saw the last part of your post, if your on a lot of valium I would go easy with the dilaudid, definitely start at 1mg. as long as you're banging gram after gram of coke it shouldn't really be a problem, well any more of a problem than the coke is on its own.
 
omg just slammed 1mg .....such an amazing rush!!.. im waiting 2-3hrs until my next dose! i can feel the dilaudid much stronger than the bupre
 
If anything I'd say cocaine sobers me up from downers, not vice versa.
 
lol dilaudid is a very strong drug, one time in the hospital (at a time when I had no tolerance to opiates) I was given .5mg IV and it made me feel great. since you just took bupe, it would be best to wait as long as you can, but I guess you couldn't wait.
