IV Heroin or Pills - Whats safer?

I've heard various variety on the outcome of this topic and was wondering what you guys feel is safer--- street heroin IVd or pills (morphine, dillies, oxycontin) when cotton filtered.

The heroin you have no idea what is in it-- could be cut with nasty stuff. Pills you DO know whats in them, and often times its bad stuff (talc, microcrystalline cellulose). Microcryst is water insoluble though so if you filter it well you should be ok? Talc is a killer though...

So what do you guys feel safer doing? Prepping a pill for IV or shooting random street H?

In the west we get tar--- that must be HORRIBLE for veins I'd imagine, and would think a good pill prep might be better? Throw micron filters in the mix and I give it to pills hands down though.

Your in CA so it's hard to say really...IV tar is pretty hard on your veins. If you were on the east coast I would say H hands down..

If you are not micron filtering it's probably worse then tar honestly. So much powder in every 30mg pill or whatever.

If you use a micro wheel filter, the pills are pretty darn safe. I would never use street heroin IV, myself. Just too many unknowns/risks.

Invest in the right materials for maximum safety (large box of one time use insulin syringes, bacteriostatic water(don't use tap water, even after boiled, preferably) and proper filters.).

Hi this is my first ever bluelight post so please bear with me if this is not the right thread for this question. i have look at tons of bluelight threads before i was a non member to try and find the correct answer and i am only more confused. I have injected 15mg Mallinckrodt oxycodone pills for some time now, between 18 to 24 months. i do 30- 60 mg per shot depending on how much i have. what i am unclear on is wether you apply heat to them. i have always done so, and about 35% of the posts of seen agree with my current method, while the other 65% say not to heat at all, just crush, stir, and filter, because oxycodone is perfexctly water soluble and all heating it will do is release harmful pill binders into your shot. which is correct? if you do apply heat, to what degree? also my injected solution always has a slightly blue tint. will this stop if i no longer heat. up to now i have always only single filtered with a piece of cotton from a cotton ball/ q-tip. i plan on investing in some sterifilts from england and having them shipped hear to the usa, but until then i plan to triple cotton filter even at the risk of losing a few milligrams because ive been told it makes a difference. any expert information on this topic would be greatly appreciated, and again im sorry this is my first post so if im in the wrong place im sorry, i dont know how to start my own thread.

Also i shoot mallinckrodt Hydromorphone tablets as well. i am more confident that these are supposed t be heated, but am not really sure either. thanks for any information.

An apples and oranges kind of question pills are defintely a nogo unless you micron filter them and still then its rather dodgy. Iv h is also risky as one doesnt have a way of knowing exactly what its cut with. i say pop your pills and smoke your h for HR sake.

What????? :/ what are prescriptions? controlled and exact measurements of medication. use a filter and thats about as safe as you can get, iv some shitty H or H too pure and tell me im wrong
