Well i was on my way to university for the day and what better way to start the day then with an injection of heroin? hmm, perhaps an injection of heroin and methamphetamine i thought to myself.
Now to put this into context this took place in around August of 2008. I had been shooting heroin, about 2 times a week, for about 8 months and had shot meth a few times also. The catch of this story was i had never shot them both in the same syringe at the same time.
I bought my usual dose of heroin from the dealer and also a nice dose of meth to go with it. I walked back to my car with a silly grin on my face with the knowledge of what i was about to do. First i dumped the heroin into a spoon and added some water and let it dissolve. Then i poured the meth into the spoon and let it dissolve also. It seemed ready for me to draw up this concoction into the syringe and let the party begin.
I lifted the needle up to my vein in my left hand and registered, bingo. All that was left was to push the plunger. I pushed the plunger down and all the mixture disappeared into my bloodstream mm mmm. I felt the full effects of iv heroin and meth hit me together. The meth made me energetic and want to move about, and the heroin made me calm and euphoric. It was a very nice combination.
The heroin nicely cancelled out the negative aspects of meth for me such as too much energy for my own good and not being able to relax. But the meth somewhat overpowered and took away some of the nice effects of the heroin.
I ended up going to uni with a drug crazed stare in my eyes and sat awkwardly in my chair feeling like i should talk constantly about how good i feel(luckily i refrained from acting like a dickhead).
In retrospect if i had the two drugs again i would save the heroin for when the meth starts wearing off and i start coming down. But it was an experience i wouldnt really want to try again as im not really into meth, but you just never know.
