iv help transfering

ok so i had my rig ready to go i pulled back and blood came out but when i went to push it in it wouldn't go so now that i look at needle the end is fuck ed how can i transfer the blood and meth water mix to a new syringe without fuckin it all up cause won't air coagulate the blood in the mix:?:?:?:?:?:?
