Opioids IV Fentanyl - Sealed Ampules

I have multiple ampules of fent, with them being 50 mcg/ml.

I am only using 1ml rigs, so my max dose per shot is going to be 50mcg, obviously

I'm just trying to find how this single shot will get me if I am used to shooting 8mg+ of dilaudid up to 5x a day. My DOC being oxy with single shots around 90mg or so. Have experience IV morphine, but max shot has been around 30mg or so

I guess I'm just looking for some sort of conversion? Dunno, just any help would be appreciated.

fentanyl50mcgs IV=5mgs of morphineIV=hydromorphone0.6-1mg IV=oxycodone orally 5-10mgs.Fentanyl is about 100 times stronger than morphine. Fentanyl may cause more respriatory depression, but with your tolerance won't feel much with 50micrograms.

Maybe you could use it to spice up a shot?

50 mcg (0.05mg) of fentanyl is equianalgesic to 5mg of Morpine IV'd

you may have to use a bigger rig. Don't shoot more than 25mcg at once for the first time, just to get a feel.

You may have to use less Fentanyl, due to reduced cross-tollerance. be careful and rather shoot twice for the first time than once too much.
