Suck up the water and since the rent has to distribute evenly in that you can do some simple math to figure out the max theoretical concentration of the resulting solution. Micron filter and bang

I did an 80 mg shot of hydromorphone recently and I wasn't tore back by any means. Opiate conversion calculator shows that as equivalent to a few mg of iv fent (not that I would ever start or go anywhere near that high). I am primarily worried about the toxicity not so much of risk of od. All in all doesn't seem quite worth the risk but I want to be informed in case I do
