So, etizolam can be dissolved in propylege glycol. I am concerned whether it is safe to inject propylene glycol. Should it be diluted with water, or alcohol (EtOH or Isopropyl)?

No, it isn't safe to inject PG outside of a clinical setting, it can cause acidosis.

There isn't any point in injecting etizolam anyway, the BA is 93%. If you really want it to hit you faster, dissolve it under your tongue.

I've tried this route several times with success. There is a small, subtle rush before subsiding into of a bit more sedating etizolam experience. I had a PG solution of 150mg to 15ml and drew up 2mg, placed it in a spoon, further diluted it with 70 units of water, pushed it through a micron filter, then injected it into my right cubital vein. It takes effect rapidly, I started feeling something resembling rush before half the solution was plunged, but for about 30-45 seconds I felt extremely good. Don't expect much, but it exceeded my expectations in regards to IV benzos. I've tried midazolam and lorazepam, I enjoyed etizolam the most.

Not recommending this, just posting my experiences.
