So I got some dilly's but theyre only 2mg. the problem Im having is that with the amount of pills I need to use to get a nice good shot, theres just not enough water in 1cc to mix all of them up. I end up getting a mad sludgy mix. I dont have access to bigger syringes ATM, gonna order some but in the meantime til they get here I was wondering if you guys had any tips. What I did most recently was crush up a few, mix them up and draw them up into the set, then crush another few and use the already mixed solution to mix that up, instead of fresh water. but I cant just keep doing that without ending up once again with the same problem of a too thick mixture. When I did it with 12mg (3 and 3) it worked but the solution was cloudy as hell and it definitely wasnt what youd call optimum consistency hah. and i need more than that still. what do you guys do when youre shooting larger doses of pills that ends you up with mad powder? I never been a big pill shooter, i can tell you all the dope shooting tricks in the book but last time I was shooting dillys it was the 4's so i had no problem making up a 16mg shot, now its a little tougher. Id probably want upwards of 20mg if I could get it all into the set. So, other than using a bigger, say 2 or 3cc barrell, or using wheel filters or some shit which I do not have, what do you do to get all that fucking powder into 1cc of water and up into the set without it being the consistency of molasses? If you've got a good amount of them and aren't in a rush you can extract it with more water & then dry it out & use the extract. Sounds like a pain in the ass though. I don't think there is a quick easy way.

I'm not sure what state you live in, but if you can get syringes at a pharmacy without prescription, than you should be able to get 3mL or 5mL syringes just as you can get 1mL syringes.
However, if you cant get a bigger barrel at the moment, you should really invest in some micron filters too while you wait for the larger barrel syringes to arrive. That way you wont be shooting a bunch of pill binders into your veins. I've never personally shot up dilaudid, but I did shoot up the original Opana IR's and I remember that they gave me a similar problem. I'd be able to fit about 7.5mg into a 1mL syringe, but I couldn't manage to get any more than that. I found that if I dissolved say, 2.5mg in 80cc's I'd be able to draw it all back perfectly. I'd then spray it over another 2.5 and draw that up, I'd repeat the process over and over again until I got my desired dose and it seemed to work better than just crushing up a whole pill and a half and trying to suck that all up at once. It's not a perfect method, but it works alright. Still though, really think about getting microns, not only will they filter out nasty binders but the solution wont be cloudy and viscous either.

This was going to be my suggestion. You can start out with more than 1cc since you're going to lose some of the solution as you use it for a few sets of pells. That's what I do, but then at the end I run it through another cotton and it comes out clear (though we all know microns are the best). You can also try doing just one pill at a time instead of two groups of three. Yeah it'll be a pain in the ass but you should be able to fit all of the solution into your set at the end.
Another option is to just use more water, then put it into a bigger spoon/cooker and evaporate enough of the water away that you can get it into your set. If you use light heat, just enough to get it steaming but not bubbling, I believe it will just evaporate the water without damaging the active ingredient.
I usually do like a combo of the above two methods. Use about one and a half or two cc's to start with, then do one or two pills at a time, reusing the soltuon. Then I squirt it all into a bigger cooker and slowly evaporate enough water off that I can fit it into a 1cc rig.
I have been looking for a better method though, like maybe using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol or something so I can use as much liquid as needed, then it'll be easier to evaporate off without risking destroying the good stuff. Then when all that is evaporated, 1cc will be plenty of water cause all that'll be left is the active ingredients. But I'd need someone better at all that drug chemistry stuff to tell me how/if this could even work.

Yeah^, you can definitely fit a ton if Hydromorphone in 1mL of water. It wouldn't be an issue for the OP if he was dealing with pure Hydromorphone, but he's not. The ammount of binder in each pill, compared to active ingredient is extremely dispraportionate, and a lot if it is probably not even very soluble in water, making it harder to actually suck up all the Hydromorphone.
