Opioids IV Crack and Heroin: How to stop????

I'd like to hear from people that have had similar experiences to mine with speedballs, that would really help.
I'm sorting my life out bit by bit and am still off the gear/rocks; starting to think of my future again and the good things in life, I feel blessed for feeling alive again, if anyone here is going through the same shit as I did, post or message me.
Not going to rehab but my brother's helping me out with my debts and coming to see me, I am aware how lucky I am.

Oh and I've only taken 8mg subs since thursday as I don't want to become dependent on them again, that makes me proud.

I do what some people call "dirty speedballs," meth and heroin IV'd together. I know I have a problem, but basically I just keep a little stash of extra crystal on hand for when I run out of black, I find it actually helps with the WD's and when I use the crystal I find I don't have to dose as often with the H. I don't really have a problem stopping the meth, like if it comes down to 20 bucks I'll buy black over crystal because I'm physically dependent. But I think I'm gonna go on methadone maintenance here next week.
