Iv cocaine bad reaction

Why does anytime I inject cocaine I get extremely shaky, lose my balance, make mur mur noises, blurred vision, cold sweats, back and chest pain.

Is this a seizure or a cocaine od?

The worst of it lasts about 5-10 minutes.

How do I know if I need to call 911?

Not a frequent user anymore occasional use every few months. Nasal passage damaged from addiction so it's hard to snort. But if I do I get clogged right away start wheezing and coughing up phlegm. Could I have developed allergy?
 
First of all, do you trust the source? there is some real dirty coke out there. Does this happen with differently sourced products?

I IV cocaine quite a bit. I must say, if you overdo it, what you describe can absolutely happen. if you dose small, does that still happen?
 
Small doses I still have symptoms but not as dramatic I still have control but at this point it’s been a couple hours and I still have upper back pain chest tightness and cold sweats. Not sure if I should ride it out or get checked out.
 
Ive had that happen from doing to much IV coke for sure. It could also be a cut no way of knowing

If your still getting symptoms it may be worth getting checked out by a doctor

I got a Xanax script do you think if I take one it’ll counter act and calm my heart or should I not mix them.
 
benzo is a good come down. take it. Hope you feel better. If you do go to a doctor, go to one you trust. Follow the rules, present well. Good luck.

Those are signs of an OD, I remember I banged for the first time in years and I forgot how to properly dose as my tolerance went down, I injected almost an entire ml (fucking stupid and careless I know), I fell off my chair and started shaking and couldn't walk, it was hard to breath, I started drooling even, I knew at that point I was ODing, luckily god was watching over me that night and I lived after calling 911. Don't take those signs lightly, it's your body telling you something is not right, doing drugs is supposed to be pleasurable, not uncomfortable. I would make your doses lighter and go from there, start small and work your way up, not the other way around, that's how you kill yourself.
 
If you use again is there a trusted friend who can be with you or you can call?

Unless you're prone to psychosis, I recommend weed, but responsible use of a benzo should help stabilise you - they are used to prevent bodily and organ shock, failure in clinical alcohol detox.

You can also call the poison information hotline about the specific mix of benzos and cocaine od. You should get sound advice from them.

Above all, don't deal with this alone or Dr Google. Call the poison information hotline and a non judgmental friend.

@drucaineHCI is right: those are very clear OD symptoms. The feelings that you describe, you are doing too much and your body is warning you and you should listen. It seems that you don't fully realize the risks that you're taking, I don't want to scare you but you already are overdosing on IV cocaine, and the line between an OD and a lethal OD is a thin one.
 
Whats next is a seizure if you do too much. I injected coke after meth and had a massive seizure, only one brain lobe effected so I was still conscious. I hallucinated having to go back in time to the first moment of the seizure while having vivid hallucinations of everyone I knew and loved telling me I was a loser and going to die. Lasted like 15 minutes but felt like an eternity. Seizures are common with dosing too high accidentally, so are parkinsonian symptoms and making noises and general loss of control of yourself.
 
Now you've felt it for yourself, it's not scaremoarning, it's not people telling horror stories, no, it's the raw truth: IV coke is among the most dangerous things that you can do with drugs.
The obvious advise is stop injecting cocaine. This drug is super compulsive; with other drugs you can follow some danger reduction rules, like dosing it conservatively, wait enough time before redosing and so on.... IV coke nature is just maniac and it will oush you to do shot after shot, increasing dosages to chase that extreme bellringer feeling and being safe at the same time. It just don't work like that.
If you will keep IVing coke, get at least some clonazepam or even better diazepam and take it 20 minutes before shooting. Get also some more benzos for the horrible comedown that will be waiting for you to finish your binge.
Safe fent/zenes free opiates are also a goog tool for the comedown, but don't you mix opis and benzos during a IV cocaine binge, cause coke fades away soon, and then the mix of downers will hit hard, and maybe you just avoided a coke OD just to fall into a benzo&opis one.
