is there a rush like with diphenhydramine

I now on low at the totom ploe but I need somthin to kick the opiates in better
 
no, the whole point of the second and third generation antihistamines is that they do not produce sedation or other central effect and more specifically target histamine receptors.
 
I dont know if you live in the US like I do, but here in the States there are only a select worthwhile IV antihistamines, diphenhydramine (Bendaryl), doxylamine (havent tried but have heard reports with fairly good results), promethazine (Phenergan, Rx only though), and about 3 more that are all Rx but i cant think of the names off the top of my head. If you check out the IV Suboxone/Antihistamine Megathread you will find tons of useful info abouth which antihistamines work well when IV'd. And they are for ALL opiates, not just Suboxone :).
