No. As long as it's done by a trained medical professional, and not yourself (unless... you are a medical professional and can assess that the line has been inserted correctly and that the point is in the correct location).
 
As I told you in your other thread - It would be a horrible idea given that you have no medical knowledge and would be inserting illicit drugs in there. In proper contexts, of course they're safe.

Don't start another thread on this without PMing me first.
