I usually don't post trip reports on here but i figured it might be in the best interest of people to have an idea of what the consequenses could be for dosing sub too soon.
I'm 24 years old, been using opioids heavily for 4 years, on and off sub recently using around .5 of fairly high quality heroin a day for 3 weeks straight. I had dosed .25 12 hours prior to this experience.
9.00 - Feeling a little anxious, jumpy. last dose was before i fell asleep the night before so i decide to dose bupe against my better judgement 4mg IV.
9.01 - Immediately I know something is very wrong, in the past i have had a minor flash for 5-10 minutes that was unpleasent but this was worse already. Immediately I get strong chills, very restless, anxiety, stomach cramps, and become dizzy.
9.01 - 9:10 - I try to lay still and relax and wait for it to pass to no such luck, panic attack, dizzy, disoriented. I didn't have the energy to get out my cuff and stethescope but I'm sure my BP was very high and my heart was beating out of my chest. Stomach is in agony.
9:10-9:20 - I have to force myself to get up after throwing up on the floor to make it to the toilet, diareha ( sp ) so bad that i hadto puke in trash can while shitting. still all symptoms listed above but worse.
9:20- 10:30 - Things leveled off ( which sounds nice that it isn't getting worse, but trust me it isn't good, ... I was seriously in fear that i was going to die or that i wouldn't die soon enough.) I ran a bath and sat in it all the while puking, praying that it went away.
10:30-11 - things start to return to normalish level..... comparable to regular withdrawal. This state lasted for a few more hours gradually getting better. I felt exausted and anxous all day, I lost alot of fluid.
Heed the warning if you in the future consider using suboxone before you are far enough out, you might skirt percipitated a couple times but if you keep dosing before being sick you are playing with fire ( dynamite in my case with IV ROA ).
