IV at the perfect moment of a song

Do you guys have any moments in songs that you just wait for and then push off at the perfect moment so you time the rush with the song?
 
Nah, I did have someone throw a radio in the tub with me once at the peak of the song 'white rabbit' by jefferson airplane. That part where the rabbit bites its own head off. Oh so sublime.

ontopic: I'd do that with an IV K-hole to some crazy psytrance track. Or to some infected mushroom song. I love listening to IM while I'm holing. I'd need someone who does it for me though since I wouldn't be able to pull out the needle myself after entering the K-hole. ^_^ But, it could be done, and I would do it if I had someone who was up for the task. Haha.

Hell throw some DMT in there aswell if you got someone who's doing it for you anyways. :D

Maybe at the peak of 'heavyweight - infected mushroom', I always like listening to that song on ketamine.

No that sounds too complicated. I usually iv my morning does while watching the today show then iv my night dose while watching jimmy fallon. The only channel my tv gets is nbc :-|
 
^Rushing at the peak of your favourite song, I can see the appeal in that. :p Though I wouldn't go so far personally.
My first reply here was hypothetical as I mentioned, if a nurse was to inject me with a K-hole (& optionally DMT) at the peak of some sick track, I think it'd be pretty damn sweet.
 
Well.. my veins are pretty finicky so no way would I be able to time it like that.. Hah. I guess if I registered and just held the needle there like an idiot until the chorus or something came I could do that but... why the eff would I?!

Hah im with you on that one, sometimes it takes me two minutes to find a vein, on other days i can be fishing for up to 45 minutes. So it would be such a hassle

Zneg: I like your story about the kid who used to shoot coke to the favorite part of his fav song. Back when i was big into shooting coke, that enrique igleasis song "thats how i like it..." or whatever its called was ALWAYS on the radio ao when i would be shooting shortly after i blasted off i would hear enrique singing "baby thats how i like, i-i- i like itttt." and i would always thibk how perfect, because this is just exactly how i like it..
 
A lot of times after I prep, I start to play Ministry's Paisley, which, if you use heroin and have never heard that song, go do so and thank me later. I just it play while I find a vein to register in, then when I'm good, I blast off. It's perfect.
 
Back when i first started to shoot up i would listen to red hot chili peppers aeroplane or under the bridge. Unoriginal, i know. I dont really listen to them anymore.
 
shooting up to time the rush with ur fav song moments?

I was just wondering if anybody else does this...lately when shooting dope or other opiates i like to listen to particular songs...set it up so the needle is in and im pushing the plunger down right before a certain part like for example a really sick breakdown or whatever so that right as the music builds up and hits the high point the rush is hitting at the exact same time. Anybody else do this or am i the only one? For example rihgt now mine is Ants of the sky by between the buried and me...about one minute in as the drums build up and that sick riff begins its straight glorious to feel a fat rush at the same time. Id love to hear everybody elses peak musical shootup moments if i aint the only one who does this...
 
I do it all the time especially with Explosions in the Sky. Always find an appropriate build up coming out of repetitive melody which barely progresses.

A somg for our fatherd is one of my favourite songs to boot morphone too. Theres a section of a nicely repetitive melody and then it just kicks in hatd - best part to push the plunger down to so as the rush hits, everything just kicks in.

I love to shoot morphine to Isis - Altered Course. Listening through an entire Isis album is satisfaction in itself. So farking good.
 
hahaha i always listen to music while i IV. it adds to the experience IMO, and the during the rush i can just sit back, enjoy my rush and the music.

i have never thought to time the music to when i push down my plunger, but i guess you can? i am actually interested and might do this later on in the day loool
 
I like to shoot up to certain tracks. I very rarely do it, due to logistical reasons, but i like to.
There's no way I could be arsed to wait for a particular moment in a song, though. The drugs I shoot would far overpower anything that insignificant to me.
 
Post rock and atmospheric metal is good nodding music, but I never quite plan on blasting off to a certain song. I have had heroin-related songs play on random on my ipod as I am taking the plunge.... makes it more funny when it is arbitrary.
