Hello, i have read a few posts about IV adderall, and of course most of them say how horrible of an idea it is. i was pretty much wondering if it were possible to just crush it, mix it with water in a spoon, and draw it up though a cotton filter, im pretty sure it is because its a salt. now, i know its a horrible idea and its definetally not my first horrible idea if you know what i mean, and im honestally going to try it anyway, it would just be great to get some insight before i do so. so please dont tell me how bad of an idea it is because it wont help. I am a very expierenced IV drug user, and if your wondering why im chosing adderal instead of anything else, i pretty much dont have a choice, i cant get heroin or meth or coke or anything like that at this point
 
It is dangerous to IV pills of any kind, but since you are determined to, you should at least use a micron filter and be as sterile as possible with your procedure.

I've done it lots of time. I use 20mgs IR. Sometimes I filter it twice with Qtip. The water is often a clear-orangish. I make sure to not miss. The high is not that great or long-lasting for me, but sometimes I just crave to shoot something and water doesn't always seem appealing.

I don't do it very often bc I know it is dangerous to IV pills, but luckily I have never had a problem (yet).
 
Obviously you already know it's a bad idea so I will give you my opinion on it and that is it just isn't worth it. I will IV just about anything just cause I always get the craving to shoot but Adderall isn't worth the time or unhealthy side effects. There is little to no rush and the high doesn't last long at all. I've found that just taking it orally provides better and longer lasting effects.
 
Hey yall, I appreciate your insight, I did in fact attempt it. Here was my method: i took two 30mg IR adderalls, then crushed them inside of a piece of paper and poured the powdery crushed pill into a spoon. Then i added 1cc of water, and stirred it around to create an orange murkey substance, the solution was too thick so i added another .6cc of water and once again stirred the solution. I did NOT add heat for i could already tell that there were way too many water insoluble fillers in the solution and i knew if i added heat it would definitely solidify. i then balled up a small piece of cotton placed it into the spoon with the solution and drew up the solution into the syringe, and this process was very difficult and time consuming for different reason i will explain in a moment. Finally i re-filtered the solution in a separate spoon and new piece of cotton.

Of course as always, the members of bluelight were about 99% correct about the effects of what i would feel if i were to try this. there was a moderate rush, and the effects were short lived, and all in all was not worth it. With that being said, im still glad i tried it because it was kind of cool, especially since I am one month sober from injecting about 2 grams of black tar heroin a day, and i still have these uncontrollable cravings to inject something and like opiYum said sometimes water just doesnt seem too appealing lol. once again thank you for your insight.

Finally, i feel this process would have worked better if I (A) added significantly more water, but the problem with that is it wouldn't have fit into the 1cc syringe. (B) if i did infact heat the solution and then added an additional chemical to separate the fillers and binders from the solution, the only problem is i don't know what chemical i would add. or (C) use just a little bit more water and then poured it through a cheese cloth or coffee filter.

anyway that's how it turned out in case you were wondering. and always i greatly appreciate the insight.

Iv only ever done it twice. I used 3 20mg pills crushed in water and used a 3cc syringe. It was for a ghetto-speedball each time so I dont know what the high would be like on its own, but its VERY bad for your veins and lungs so please use a micron filter

thanks again for your insight yall, I would love to use a micron filter but i really don't have any resources what so ever, im stuck in the middle of the woods at my grandmothers house. I have shot thousands of oxy 80s and plenty of other really super fucking stupid things, the crazy thing is i have never had any problems, not even a collapsed vein. i never miss though lol, but the way i see it, one experimental addy shot aint gonna hurt or fuck em up any more than they already are

Its not the collapsed vein that will get you, its all the binders and fillers in the pills getting stuck in your lungs over the years causing talcosis.

But yea 1 addy shot is not gonna kill you, go for it... just dont make a habit of it. Both times I did it I didnt have a micron filter. Have fun and stay safe:)
 
As a one time deal its not gunna kill you.

I almost did it once but when I ran into the goo problem you mentioned....it gave me the split second I needed to think. "hey wait a second, your only doing this cuz your coming down hard on tweakers."

I have a friend who does it regularly (and doesn't heed my warnings). He always tells me its not that good anyways.

Yuck, so true. That gives me flashbacks... I've seen firsthand what injecting pills can do to your lungs. When I was in grade 12, I job-shadowed the local medical examiner for a day, and one of the autopsies I witnessed was on a 30-something (although she looked MUCH older) junkie, who obviously resorted to injecting whatever pills she could find. When he cut into her lungs for a sample, the tissue was quite clearly gritty and discoloured with pill binders. I'm not sure how she was able to breathe and survive as long as she did with all that crap in there. For comparison, I also saw the autopsy of an 80 year old woman who (probably) died of natural causes, and that of a two-year-old... I can tell you, the difference was very stark; the lungs of the elderly woman looked fairly similar to those of the toddler, and the junkie's looked nothing like either.

I get the heebie-jeebies just thinking about someone injecting pills! *shudder*
 
It sounds like you're more interested in doing something everybody else says is dangerous - as opposed to acheiving a decent high. I have taken my fair share of Adderall, Dexadrine... etc. I think injecting it would be pretty worthless. Anyhow - it's best to remember there is "an experienced" user, but that is not equal to a "smart" user.

I use to do this all the time - and then switched to Dextro and IV'd that for a while as well.

I'll tell you - after a few day binge you're feet and hands swell up and start to itch and crack.
It's obvious the fillers/binders are clogging up your body.

Contact Captain Heroin about micron filters if you must do this. Either way its a filthy road to go down.
