IV 2c-t-2: my arm has just turned yellow

Im refering to the united states.....

New healthcare reform was passed that is supposed to give us universal healthcare or something....

But pretty much if you go into the emergency room they are supposed to treat you, the thing about stuff like this is that we are working with research chemicals and they are not going to know what to do about it, so they can really just treat it like a bad shot of anything else...

My conclusion is that after all these intravenous studies with 2c-t-2, it seems to be a safe compound to inject (as long as a reasonably sensible tonicity is reached for the solution to inject) in relation to the compound itself.

I dunno man, in clinical studies they have the ability to buffer injection solutions and whatnot. Also, they can be guaranteed that they are dealing with a pure compound. Its really a whole different game entirely.

Honestly, I wouldn't shoot any of the 2c's. Think about how bad they burn your mucous membranes when snorted, I don't want that stuff in my veins. Especially the alkylthiol 2c's like 2c-t-2 or 2c-t-7.

For purposes of harm reduction, I think its important to recommend against injecting these compounds at this point. We don't know enough about them to draw any conclusions regarding their safety.

All that being said, I'm very glad you're alright! <3

IV is my preferred route of administration for 2C's, especially 2C-T-2 and 2C-T-7. It eliminates or reduces the nausea and vomiting, vasoconstriction and cramps that I often get from insufflated, vaporized or oral ingestion.

^That's cool, man-- I'm just saying I'm hesitant to "recommend it".

Something about shooting the sulfur-containing 2c's rubs me funny, I never claimed to have approached the issue systematically. Its more a "gut feeling" that I have, that these might not be the most kosher substances to start pushing into one's veins.

Also of particular note, I don't trust the Chinese shanty labs that push these chems out. Seriously, I don't. Due to the social climate in China, the dim-witted students become chemists: the smart ones all want to become engineers. Combine that with a significant language-barrier between the producers and consumers, I really don't trust them to provide a pharmaceutical-grade product of injection quality.

By all means, do what you want-- I'm just pointing out some possible risks-- and the reasons that have prompted me to personally avoid shooting 2c's.

From the tone, I would guess not ;)

But yeah, that's how you are generally (there are always exceptions, of course :\) treated in the UK on the NHS - as a human being. Free doesn't mean shit - top quality treatment combined with staff that focus on looking after you (no matter what the problem is - including self-inflicted drug fuck-ups) and no concerns about if you'll be able to pay for the treatment and any follow up prescriptions (scripts are also free). Free universal healthcare ftw <3

That aside, glad to hear you're doing okay, SA. I'd personally think twice about shooting any of the 2C-Ts and have had mixed (at best) results from IV 2Cs. Overall, I think plugging is the optimal ROA for these drugs - best of all worlds and also safe. Bumdrugs also ftw <3

Shooting 2c-x isn't a good idea. Most of my friends and myself generally say if it beaks down it goes in the arm, but nearly every time it results in something that could go in the train wrecks category on erowid. Everyone seems to learn this the hard way.
