It's October - I don't think it's too early to start a christmas thread

Fucking cannot wait for Christmas, me, had tinsel round me radiator since late October.
 
Just can't get into the xmas spirit anymore.
I know it would be different if I had young kids around the place, cos I love seeing how magic all of xmas is for them.
I love the excitement on my 7yr old nieces face. For me its children that make Xmas special but without them around its just another day for most adults.
 
i used to be the same. kinda got the feeling back, time off work, lights, getting off my tits, family, eating lots, seeing people in a christmasssy mood, although i find starting a new year depressing
 
I really love seeing the looks on the childrens faces on Xmas morning when they rush downstairs only to find out that Santa has left them no presents.
Its so heart warming to see.
 
i love the festively decorated forum. i must say fb is a very saad piece of cyber space indeed. no , i don't wasnt to see your christmas tree, nor do i wish to see your holiday photos or play farmville or whatever.
now, i like the festive spirit, but it's too early for your trees, i don't care how old your childeren are. + if you have a real tree it will be so shit come christmas.

i must start feed ing the birds, otherwise there will be no holly berries on my holly tree left for me. ahhhhhhhhh

For those folk that are unlucky enough to have to steal to get buy,just a reminder that there is now only 20 shoplifting days left until Xmas.
 
Perfect Coltdan mate, I'll have to email that out to a few folk and that will save me a few quid straight away.
After all, it's the thought that counts.
 
I got an Xmas card today. Actually I didn't but my address did. Dunno who the people addressed were but was my street/house number and postcode. Get at least one random card every year for other folk with this address. Addresses can be somewhat complex round here. That and most folks who actually bother to post Xmas cards just have a list of distant acquaintances and relatives they never see nor bother to check if they still live at the same address. I've been here for getting on for a decade now and the last woman who lived here died so I'm guessing whoever sends them isn't a close friend/relative.
 
^ ha, ha, i'm keepin' it festive in my islamic workplace: this week we will be looking at clauses. HA HA HA HA HA tell me we don't do christmas, or anyone else's brithday.
