If you think TG sounds like 'typical 80s electro - this was released in 1979. Most people also miss the visual gag. The photograph is taken from the top of Beachy Head, the most popular suicide location in Europe (third most popular in the world) with a height of around 152m.

Every year music magazines seem to poll it's readers into who is/was 'the greatest <insert instument> of all time'. But I would argue that Hal Blaine is the most IMPORTANT drummer of the 20th century. People are welcome to argue that Sunny Murrey, Gene Krupa, Buddy Rich or Keith Moon were the more brilliant. But Hal Blaine played on THOUSANDS of great recordings. Mostly uncredited at the time.
