It's Not What You Know...



Just to be clear, I am not unaware that Boyd Rice is often accused of being a fascist but I have always taken his work with a pinch of salt. Transgressive art has always been part of art. I don't for a moment think that Lemmy was a fascist, he and others (such as DeeDee Ramone) were drawn to the symbology. Even Brian Eno stated that when he heard the (earlier) works of BR, he admitted that he was worried that someone else was taking ALL music from ALL cultures and that BR was the only serious competition he knew of.

So please do not assume that because I have posted a difficult piece of art, I in any way condone anyone who would take it as meant in earnist. If it makes anyone feel really uncomfortable, I will remove it. My goal is to merely make people aware of the DNA of music. Nothing more. I don't hate anyone. I don't seek to hurt anyone.

I would have placed the link in a NSFW box but I don't know how to. If a mod reads this, could you add the box or remove as you see fit. I don't wish to offend. Not here on BL especially.
