lol I still can't figure out how to go back and forth in the threads I am talking in I keep having to click my name at the top then find all posts is that the only way?
 
Go back to "settings" in the top right corner. On the left hand side menu click the option that says "General Settings."
From there, scroll down to Messaging & Notification. Where it says "Default Thread Subscription Mode" choose the option that says "through my control panel only." Save the changes & go back to browsing the forum. When a thread that you post in has a new reply in it, the thread will appear in your "settings" link that is at the top right corner. If there are no new responses to any of the threads you posted in nothing will appear there, BUT there will still be an option to the right that is a link to view all the threads you are subscribed to.
