Hey all. First off, this site is awesome. Thanks to all who keep it going! I've been experiencing drugs vicariously through erowid for years but this is even better in many ways. Uh, about me - I'm married 18 years, have 8 yr old little girl, awesome husband/best friend, a job, a pretty typical suburban life near a major city in Texas. I dabbled in crazy stuff in my younger days but now I live a fairly responsible life. Still do what it takes to make it all bearable though :)

What prompted me to do this intro was a post I randomly ran across here today that just BLEW MY MIND. I was looking thru one of the RIP threads (just enthralled with train wrecks for some reason) and I ran across a post about a good friend of mine (junctionalfunkie) in there! Didn't see that coming at all. I knew he had passed away but had no idea he was a bluelighter. so, naturally I had to search for his posts and there are tons of them. I hadn't seen this guy for a few years before his passing, so it was nice to kinda see what he'd been up to those years :D Major thanks to all who were there for him in good times and bad. I wish I coulda been :(

Hobbies? I love riding bmx/ramps and mtn biking through tech trails. Learning to play electric guitar. Fave bands I'm playing are Interpol, radio head, STP, nirvana, yeahyeahyeahs, led zeppelin ... I love just farting around aimlessly whilst drinking beer :)

Oh and I love me some Winehouse. She was a very cool chick. I bet she'd be fun to hang out with It's a damn shame.

Peace Love & Chilllax

Welcome Amy, good to have you!
That is indeed a small world type of happening right there. I bet you'll fit in perfect around here. Bluelight is a wild place to be a part of.
